Terms of Service

GoMedGFE, by GoMedRN, helps aesthetic practices connect with independently licensed providers for Good Faith Exams. GoMedGFE is a coordination service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, does not practice medicine, and does not make clinical decisions — those belong to the licensed provider who completes the exam.

• Practices: aesthetic and medspa practices operating in Texas, where we're launching. We may expand to other states later.
• Providers: Nurse Practitioners who apply, hold an active and appropriate license, and pass our credential review.

By using the service you confirm you're authorized to act for your practice, and providers confirm the information in their application is accurate and current.

You submit a request through our intake form. An eligible licensed provider claims it and connects with the patient. Standard hours are 8 AM–6 PM; coverage outside those hours and on holidays may be available as after-hours coverage.

Our target is roughly 5–10 minutes to connect when providers are available. That is a target, not a guarantee — availability depends on who is on call, the time of day, and the details of the request.

• $29 per standard Good Faith Exam for practices.
• No monthly subscription and no long-term contract. You pay when you use it.
• After-hours or non-standard requests may be priced differently; we'll tell you before you commit.
• Taxes may be added where required.

Prices can change. We'll give notice of a price change before it applies to a new request.

Providers who complete GFEs are independent contractors, not employees or agents of GoMedRN or of your practice. They set their own hours and exercise their own clinical judgment. GoMedGFE doesn't direct clinical care.

• Send accurate, complete information in a request or application.
• Only submit requests you're authorized to make, and only share patient information you're permitted to share.
• Confirm the patient understands a Good Faith Exam will be performed and how their information will be used.
• Follow the laws and rules that apply to your practice, your state, and the treatments involved.

The information on this site is general. Good Faith Exam requirements vary by treatment, provider, and state. Nothing here is medical, legal, licensing, or compliance advice, and you should confirm your own obligations with qualified counsel or your licensing board.

We may pause or end access for anyone who provides false information, misuses the service, creates a compliance or safety risk, or fails to pay. You can stop using the service at any time — there's nothing to cancel.

The GoMedGFE and GoMedRN names, logos, and the text and design of this site belong to GoMedRN. You may share the site with colleagues, but you can't copy, republish, or use our branding without permission.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, GoMedRN isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the GFE the claim is about. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after an update means the new terms apply to new requests.
