GoMedGFE by GoMedRN

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This explains what GoMedGFE by GoMedRN collects when you use this site, what we do with it, and who you can reach out to. It covers the landing page, our practice and provider intake forms, and email you send us.

01 What we collect

We only ask for what we need to answer you and set up a Good Faith Exam. That usually means:

  • Practice inquiries: name, practice name, email, phone, location, and the services you want GFEs for.
  • Nurse Practitioner applications: name, contact details, license information, and your availability preferences.
  • Messages you send us by email, including anything you include in them.
  • Basic usage data on this site, such as pages visited and which buttons were clicked.

02 How we use it

We use your information to run the service: to reply to you, to route a GFE request to an eligible licensed provider, to review provider credentials, to send the documentation a practice needs, and to follow up about a request. We also use it to improve how the service works and to keep it secure.

03 Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where the service requires it:

  • The licensed provider who takes your GFE request, so they can complete and document the exam.
  • Service providers who help us operate — form hosting, email, website hosting, and similar tools — under confidentiality obligations.
  • Anyone you tell us to share it with, or where we're required by law.

04 Patient health information

A GFE request can include patient health information. We use it only to arrange, complete, and document the exam and to meet record-keeping requirements. Practices should send us only the patient information they are authorized to share, and should confirm the patient understands their information will be used for the exam.

05 How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it takes to deliver the service, keep accurate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal and licensing requirements. Information tied to a completed exam may be kept longer than a general inquiry.

06 How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — restricted access, secure hosting, and HTTPS on this site. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

07 Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email ladelle@gomedrn.com and we'll handle the request, including where applicable law sets a deadline. We may need to verify who you are first, and we may have to keep records the law requires us to keep.

08 Where we operate

GoMedGFE is launching in Texas and our information is processed in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, we'll handle your information the same way.

09 Children

The service is for professional use by practices and licensed providers. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10 Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here before they take effect.
